Brief Biography
 

Dr.Yu Hua was Postdoc Research Associate in McGill University advised by Prof.Xue Liu (Canadian CACS/AIC Outstanding Young Computer Science Researcher Awards) in 2009 and Postdoc Research Fellow in University of Nebraska-Lincoln, co-advised by Prof.Hong Jiang (IEEE Fellow, NSF Program Director in CISE/CCF) and Prof.Xue Liu, in 2010-2011. He was Research Assistant in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, advised by Prof.Bin Xiao, in 2006. He obtained his B.E and Ph.D degrees from Wuhan University, respectively in 2001 and 2005. He publishes more than 100 papers in major journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Computers (TC), IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS), IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (TII), ACM Transactions on Architecture and Code Optimization (TACO), Proceedings of the IEEE (PIEEE), USENIX ATC, USENIX FAST, INFOCOM, SC, ICDCS and MSST. He serves for multiple international conferences, such as ASPLOS, USENIX ATC, EuroSys, RTSS, DAC, INFOCOM, ICDCS, IPDPS, MSST and ICNP. He is the senior member of ACM, IEEE and CCF, and the member of USENIXCCF YOCSEF, ChinaSys and CCF@U, and the Distinguished Speaker of CCF. He releases source codes in GitHub, including LSBFNEST, MinCounter, Real-time-Share, SmartSA (E-STORE), SmartCuckoo and SMR.

Mingyao Shen is selected as the outstanding undergraduate student in HUST and exchange student in University of California San Diego, 2017.

Jujunfeng Shen received the Master student offer of University of Southern California, 2016.

Our alumni, Qiuyu Li (undergraduate intern), received the job offer from Ocado, UK.

Qiuyu Li was recommended and became a Master student in The University of Edinburgh, 2014.
